Brent Foster: The F+B Specialist
Brent Foster is a food and beverage specialist rooted in Detroit, MI. A finalist in the 2014 Rachael Ray “Great American Cookbook Competition,” Foster has worked in just about every role in the food and beverage industry including management, food trucks, event planning, social media, and brand sales. He was also nominated as a semifinalist for a James Beard Award for “Outstanding Bar Program” at Standby Bar in 2018.
Through the scope of his 20-year career, Foster has developed a style of honest, hard work with fun fine-touch energy. Currently, Foster is known as the “Memory Maker” at The Elephant Room in Detroit, MI, and will be the 2022 tour, Kitchen Manager, for the world-renown "Outstanding In The Field” team.
